FAQ

Orders that ship within the Attica county have an estimated delivery period of 1-2 business days. For all other destinations outside Attica the estimated delivery period is 1-4 business days. Delivery cost comes to a standard amount of 4€ on all orders within the country. If you wish to pay by Cash On Delivery, there is an extra charge of 2€. Delivery is also free on orders over 60€.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders ship with ELTA (Greek Postal Service) with a standard delivery fee of 8€. Delivery periods vary according to the destination. Cash On Delivery service is not available on international orders. Delivery is free on orders over 100€.

* Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, etc., for which our company shall bear no liability.

* www.maya-jewels.com is not to be held liable or responsible for any failure to deliver your order caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

We accept the following types of payment:

- Cash On Delivery (On orders within Greece with an extra charge of 2€)

- Debit/ Credit/ Prepaid card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)

- PayPal

* All prices shown under the relevant lists of each product include VAT (24%), while www.maya-jewels.com reserves the right to change prices without notice to the consumers.

* All transactions are in Euros (€).

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via e-mail on info@maya-jewels.com within 1 hour from the completion of your order or call on +30 210 271 7060.

Your order will be cancelled with no charge whatsoever and you will be notified via e-mail when the product is available again.

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your original order. The only requirement for us to accept the return is that the product is in its original condition (not worn). Your package includes a returns note that you have to fill out and send us back with the item you want to return. All returns must be addressed to MAYA JEWELS, Eleftherias 34, Nea Ionia 142 35, Greece.
Concerning the returns delivery charges, you can refer to the following situations:

– Exchange (you eventually changed your mind)

In this case, after we receive back the product you bought in the first place in its original condition, you will be getting a discount coupon to use in your next order equal to the price of the item you returned. Any delivery charges that arise during this whole process is your responsibility.

– Wrong product

In this case, after we receive the product you mistakenly ordered in its original condition, we will send you the right one within 3 business days from the delivery. Contact us at +30 210 271 7060 in order to explain the return procedure.

We go out of our way to carefully inspect every single one of our products. However, in the possibility that a defect occurs within 10 days of the delivery, we replace or repair it (unless this is impossible or requires unjustified expenses on our behalf). You will have to fill out the return form and send it back to us along with the product at MAYA JEWELS, Eleftherias 34, Nea Ionia 142 35, Greece.
All returns are inspected. After we have established that the flaw was developed in construction, we will send your order anew within 3 business days. Please contact us at +30 210 271 7060 in order to explain the return procedure.
If the product is out of stock, you will receive an e-mail on the estimated delivery period (up to 10 business days).
